The Fusion Apollo MS-RA800 is a touchscreen marine stereo that succeeds the RA770 and shares its form factor and wiring loom, so swapping one for the other is simple. Its Class-D amplifier delivers 4 x 40 watts RMS with all channels driven at under 0.1% THD into 4 ohms, which Fusion rates at more than 50% higher output than the RA770, and its digital processing runs eight times faster. It can play lossless high-resolution files at as much as 24-bit/96 kHz, streamed over Wi-Fi with AirPlay.

The 4.3-inch edge-to-edge glass touchscreen improves on the older model in resolution, color and daylight readability, and the black glass face can be flush mounted at the helm. Sources include AirPlay, Bluetooth, HDMI ARC, DAB+, USB, AM/FM and AUX. It networks with other Apollo stereos for grouping, combined volume, power options and Home Zone control, and it links to compatible Garmin MFDs over NMEA 2000 or to a Garmin watch or smart device through the Fusion Audio app.
