Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00 per order
Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 or more
Express shipping: $15.00 per order

The shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days after your order ships. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is shown at checkout. Carrier delays, severe weather or an incorrect address can extend delivery times.

Order tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
