The Aquatic AV GP1 is a gauge-style marine stereo that drops into a standard 3-inch dash gauge hole, making it a tidy choice for helms with little spare panel space. Behind the round 92 mm display is a 288-watt amplifier able to run up to eight speakers or subwoofers, rated 4 x 45 W at 4 ohms and 4 x 72 W at 2 ohms. It can play from Bluetooth, USB and MP3 files, AUX, DAB+ and AM/FM radio.

The GP1 is built for boats and other locations exposed to water or chemicals, with an IP65 rating, an aluminium chassis and ASTM B117 and ASTM D4329 certifications. The monochrome TFT display uses blue backlighting, and a stereo RCA pre-out at 2 V is provided. Mounting depth is 82.7 mm, and a bracket with stainless steel nuts secures the unit in the panel.
