Aquatic AV GP1 Gauge Marine Stereo and Economy 6.5 Inch Speaker Pair Kit, Black

This black kit from Aquatic AV pairs the GP1 gauge stereo with two Economy 6.5-inch speakers, giving a boat or spa a complete starter system in one package. The speakers have black UV-resistant plastic baskets and grilles, fully waterproof construction and polypropylene cones with rubber surrounds, while a 13 mm Mylar dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet covers the highs. As a pair they are rated 80 W RMS (2 x 40 W) and 160 W max at 4 ohms, with a frequency response of 83 to 20,000 Hz.

The GP1 head unit mounts in a 3-inch gauge cutout and plays Bluetooth, USB, MP3, AUX, DAB+ and AM/FM sources. Four channels of amplification (45 W each at 4 ohms, 72 W each at 2 ohms) power the speakers, and a 2 V RCA pre-out leaves room for later expansion. Both the stereo and the speakers carry ASTM B117 and ASTM D4329 certifications, and the stereo is IP65 rated.
