These black Aquatic AV Economy 6.5-inch speakers are a budget-minded, fully waterproof pair for boats, marine settings and spa environments. Each speaker combines a polypropylene woofer cone with a 13 mm Mylar dome tweeter driven by a neodymium magnet, giving full-range reproduction from a single mounting hole. Together the pair handles 80 watts RMS (40 watts each) or 160 watts peak.

UV-resistant plastic is used for the basket and grille, and a rubber surround and a water guard over the ferrite magnet help the speakers stand up to wet conditions. They carry RoHS, ASTM B117 and ASTM D4329 certifications. The shallow 52 mm mounting depth suits spots where space behind the panel is tight. A matching white version is also available.
